(More customer reviews)I've been using this cookbook for over 20 years and it is falling apart and stained. I have made most of the recipes in this book and they always come out excellent. Incredible recipes. Try the curried banana balls! Or the Royal lamb curry. Easy to follow recipes, I credit this book for making me a cook. My only advice is to never use as much oil as the recipes call for, use just enough to saute the onions/garlic, etc.
