I will start by saying I just got this book and have not made anything in yet. But I am thoroughly disappointed just looking at it.
1. It is very small. Only 130 pages that are very short and lots of pictures.
2. One of those pictures includes a picture that looks like it is from a 90's cafeteria. The dessert is called Sweet Corn Pudding and has sugar, water, corn, coconut milk, and vanilla in it, made into a jello mold. The picture makes me want to vomit.
3. Nearly all of the sauces for each "Group" (Chinese, Thai, and Indian) are reused over and over again.
Yes, these are supposed to be quick & easy, and nutritious, and I'm sure these are, but I didn't buy this book to be told that I can mix some vegetables and put soy sauce on them, and then mix some other vegetables and just put soy sauce on them too.
To be fair, I will update my review in a few days after making a dish or two, but right now I'd have to say buyer beware.
