This cookbook is full of surprisingly fast, yet nutritious meals. It contains American, or Western, as well as Cajun, Oriental and recipes from other countries. The meals from my family are handed down through generations, changed a little to meet modern day conveniences and living styles. Some very good recipes are from friends over the years. My children and friends have found the recipes in this book to be delightful. Our family has always been blessed with healthy appetites.
