(More customer reviews)Once in a while you come across a cookbook that is a dud and this is one of it!There are so many authors that have Indian cookbooks with just a small section of their books dedicated to making roti's or Indian breads of any kind so producing this kind of book seemed like a good idea---but unfortunately gone bad.The recipes which seem simple enough don't produce results.The end product comes out poor tasting.So I would pick up another book.Believe me I am no novice to cooking.So I don't think its me,time and time again this book has given out failed results.Mine is in the yard sale pile now!
