(More customer reviews)This is one of the most concise, well-presented cookbooks I have used in a long while. The format is easy to use, unlike books that clump all kinds of courses together. There are separate sections for chicken, beef, lamb, pork, desserts, snacks, etc.... all with a photograph of the completed recipe. The plastic bound cover is especially nice for those of us who spill as we are cooking. The recipes are varied, although pretty basic and each looks more appealing than the last. I plan to use this book for my entire dinner-party menu.The only problem is that I wnat to make one of everything.
