(More customer reviews)I was born in Sri-Lanka but grew up in the United States..I just got the book and have tried 2 dishes and they taste exactly like my mothers. I never thought I could make anything close. Recipes are easy to follow. Only thing I would change about the book is to include a picture for each dish-just my preference.

The book is targeted at both Eastern and Western audiences interested in testing exotic South Asian meals and it introduce regional South Asia Cuisine in a very approachable way to anyone, who has not experienced Sri Lankan Cuisine.
